2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

To be eligible for consideration:

• Our team will inspect the issue. If the claim appears genuine and valid, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered only in exceptional cases.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

• We will arrange for pickup of the incorrect item.
• The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is lost in transit:

• Please contact us at chessbaseindia@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate.
• If the package is confirmed lost, we may arrange for a replacement shipment at our discretion.

5. Digital Products

All purchases of digital products (e.g., software, e-books, courses) are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

6. Customized Products

Customized items (like our custom T-shirt) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please follow the same 24-hour reporting policy for such cases.

7. No Cancellations
