All purchases made through our website are legally contracted with ChessBase India 64 Squares Private Limited.

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product information, videos, and downloadable materials—is the property of ChessBase India or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited.

3. Products and Services

We sell both physical and digital chess-related products. This includes chess boards, books, merchandise, software, and online training material. Some items, such as one of our T-shirts, may be made to order or customized.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
• We ship to India and 10 other selected countries for all products.
• For other international locations, only selected physical products (about 50) are available.
• All shipping is done through third-party courier services.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer returns or exchanges. In exceptional cases (e.g., damaged delivery), we may assess and address concerns on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

All sales are final:

• No refunds for digital products
• No refunds for physical goods once sold

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or incomplete.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• All product prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
• We accept payments via UPI, VISA, Mastercard, bank transfer, wallets, and through payment gateways like PayU, Stripe, and PayPal.
• We do not store any payment or card information on our servers. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

7. Account & Usage

• Customers may purchase using guest checkout. Creating an account is optional.
• There is no age restriction; minors may also purchase from the site with appropriate permissions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, especially if a user violates these Terms or misuses our Services repeatedly.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected directly on this page. We do not notify users via email, so we encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.

9. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to our Services, including canceling or declining future orders, if we believe you are misusing the site or violating the Terms, with or without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to our Services are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action will be handled in the courts located in Mumbai.
